To create a dual occupancy project that was both striking and timeless. As one of our DevelopHers, we knew Amy and her project before working on the interior selections. Amy had a strong vision for this Coburg project, aiming to add a bit of flair and a point of difference to the interiors of her side by side development. Amy was a dream client with a strong vision and we were able to work with her to create a playful project that both had mass appeal and also was a little different and fun, inline with the demographics buying into this area at this price point.

As one of our DevelopHers, we knew Amy and her project before working on the interior selections. Amy had a strong vision for this Coburg project, aiming to add a bit of flair and a point of difference to the interiors of her side by side development.

‘Working with Buildher Design for the interior design of my townhouse development in Coburg was such an invaluable service. Without them, I’d probably still be scratching my head, wondering where to even begin or constantly doubting my design decisions.

Carrajeng Estate is a lovely country winery, the intent is to update the restaurant and short-term holiday homes to a luxury stay.Rebeka, John and Adrian and Ivy (one of the DevelopHers) purchased Carrajung Estate with the goal of taking the beautiful 100 acre property in South Gippsland and turning it into a destination.

A Wash of White Unifies Old and New

Kennedy Nolan Architects transformed the existing building into a dormitory for the family, while a new living pavilion runs hard against the long southern boundary. This maximises sunlight and creates a connection to the garden. White paint is used extensively, covering a range of textures and materials, both new and old. Visually, the white wash unifies old and new into one functional and light-filled space.
