When a huge block of land came up for sale at the top of Ruckers Hill we could not resist the temptation to create three beautiful, bespoke Terrace Houses.

Working as a Joint Venture, BuildHer Collective and 4 of our incredible DevelopHer’s joined together to create Clarke Street Properties and develop these three terrace houses to create a striking project.

Hitting the market in April 2024.

The design brief was around creating two palettes of sophisticated families living in the heart of Northcote, overlooking Baden Morgan reserve with unencumbers views of the city.

Each of the 500m2 plus blocks of land has an architectural house designed over three levels, stunning garden and pool zones and double car garages.

Simple, high quality, elegant materials were used to highlight the architecture and add natural warmth and richness to the tapestry of the homes.

We cannot wait to see them built.

To create a dual occupancy project that was both striking and timeless. As one of our DevelopHers, we knew Amy and her project before working on the interior selections. Amy had a strong vision for this Coburg project, aiming to add a bit of flair and a point of difference to the interiors of her side by side development. Amy was a dream client with a strong vision and we were able to work with her to create a playful project that both had mass appeal and also was a little different and fun, inline with the demographics buying into this area at this price point.
