DEALING WITH THE UNEXPECTED!
We’re in the midst of a 2 week construction lockdown here in Melbourne. For many people, including us, it’s quite a tricky situation with a lot of problem solving required. With the flow of works put out, builders will be dealing with a compounding effect on manufacturing, deliveries and schedules.
IN THIS PODCAST WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE FINISHING STAGES OF A BUILD
As we’re in the final stages of our Rathmines project, we thought it might be helpful to share a snapshot of where we’re at, what some of the changes mean and how we’re going to approach the situation. Thankfully our site is watertight, but not so lucky for others who might be dealing with some rectification works when the lockdown has ended.
If you’re in the middle of a build right now, good luck to you! 2 weeks delay is frustrating for sure, but let’s keep in mind the gift we have of being able to build our dream homes. Hang in there everyone!
