THE POOL – IT’S A BIG TICKET ITEM

To pool or not to pool. That is the question.

For some people, having a pool is a necessity. For others, it’s an extra responsibility they’d rather not have.

IN THIS PODCAST WE ARE TALKING ABOUT GETTING A POOL OR NOT GETTING A POOL!

Wherever you sit on the scale, if you’re thinking about installing a pool, there are a bunch of things to consider before taking the plunge (see what we did there?). In this episode, Rebeka gives the rundown on some of the considerations that will factor into your decision-making process.

Some of the factors are:

  • Thinking about the market if you’re renovating for profit. What does your buyer want?
  • How it fits into the overall landscape design.
  • Safety requirements, fencing, storage and the equipment you plan to use.

Rebeka also talks about some of the pools we’ve installed in our projects and why. With a little more knowledge and information up your sleeve, you’ll hopefully have a better idea of which direction you want to go.
