In this episode, Rebeka and Kribashini spin off their top 6 tips for selling property off the plan. They discuss some of the benefits for buyers and sellers and practical things you can do to help get sales over the line.

They talk about having a really good agent and how this is the key to unlocking the value for both parties. They discuss the importance of demonstrating your value through communication, documentation, 3D renders, and having a history of projects in the area. At the end of the day, it comes down to providing confidence for the buyer. The more you show them how amazing the project is going to be, the more confident they will be in signing on the dotted line.
