In this episode, Simone takes you through everything you need to know when renovating your holiday property. There are many things you need to consider before you jump in and commit to a space. Firstly, Simone recommends spending the time researching to get to know who will be using your property and building the accommodation to suit their needs – not your own.
Simone shares her story and projects, including the Soul of Gerringong. She discusses the importance of marketing, client work, and the freedom of development. Between Simone and her husband, they have three different businesses and developing has allowed the flexibility to be present across each business and with their family and children.
