In this episode, I’m discussing what we covered in the workshop series, any fears you may have around renovating, uncertainties in the current housing market and creating a lifestyle that works for you. There is so much opportunity in this market because the stock that was hard to buy and the feasibilities that were difficult to get through are all getting easier.
Renovating for profit, for me, is about freedom and flexibility. I have found an amazing lifestyle that I find fulfilling and exciting every day and I want to share it with you.
Everyone has different values and rules for themselves every year when determining how many renovating projects to take on. That is one of the wonderful things about this industry, you can determine exactly how much you want to work, where you want to work and what role you take on inside the project.
There’s no time like the present! Your future self in 5 years will be forever grateful.
