My guest today is the incredible Bec Wells. We’re talking to Bec today as a woman in construction working on commercial projects who then decided to become a development manager. I know you’ll find so much motivation and inspiration in her experience that you can use when you’re trying to decide on your next move.
In this episode, we’re exploring Bec’s story of working on commercial projects and bravely choosing to change her career. Bec shares her journey in the construction industry, the stress of working 11 hour days, and making the decision to pursue the lifestyle and career she desired.
Bec is a member of the DevelopHers and is currently excitedly undertaking and planning her first development project! She is thoroughly enjoying the problem solving involved and using her architecture qualifications.
We’ll be following Bec’s development progress and can’t wait to hear more as she pursues the life and work that light her up.
